Respecting our teams and partners as well as our clients: a sustainable commitment for all!

 AMARKETING ensures that its activities do not harm the security or the health of its staff, its external employees and its subcontractor teams.

Far beyond, A-Makerting makes sure to be a great place to work and a pleasant company to work with. The facilities available respond to good working conditions. It is related to:

A Marketing is concerned about respecting Human rights

  • Elimination of every kind of illegal or forced work
  • Elimination of child labour: suppliers and subcontractors do not get people working who are under the legal minimum age and do not support child labour, except if it is in accordance with a training official program for young people approved by public authorities
  • Respect the legal applicable provisions in terms of maximum working hours
  • Respect the legal applicable provisions in terms of legal minimum wage
  • Respect the freedom association of their employees regarding the local legal provisions
  • Elimination of all kind of discrimination concerning access to employment

A-Marketring is really concerned about respecting labour standards and attaches importance to respect several charters of proper conduct in terms of parenting, discrimination etc.

We apply the principles of the charter for the well-being of the children and their parents:

  • Commitment of the directorship in respecting its application
  • Scheduling working hours for the parents concerned
  • Communication within teams
  • Equal treatment between men and women
  • Incitement to employees’ return
  • Respecting private and professional lives

We follow the main commitments of the UNICEF and as such, A MARKETING :

  • Do no work for the Armament industry (from the manufacturing to the delivery of weapons and military equipment’s
  • Do not use child labour (regarding the International Convention of children’s rights of 1989) in its business practices
  • Is not involved in any illegal activities (pornography, fraud, corruption and criminal activities)
  • Respect the resolutions of the United Nations
  • Is not involved in any scandal regarding environment or environmental practices

The areas where A-Marketing is committed to are quite similar to the UNICEF’s commitment fields : hygiene and sanitation, access to utilities (water, energy etc.), health and education

Thus, our recruitment policy and recourse to partners are carry out without any form of discrimination based on surname, geographical origin, social origin, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, customs, family’s situation, genetic characteristics, political opinions, mutual or trade unions activities, religious beliefs, physical appearance, health status, state of pregnancy.

  • Concrete action : we have welcomed in our company trainees who presented non-contagious chronic pathologies with medical monitoring who required a more flexible work schedule and a complementary information within our teams.

 

  • Concrete action : we offered to our clients the opportunity to implement their communication and marketing actions to favor, when it is relevant, partners such as Assistance Centres which accompany disabled persons in their social and professional integration.

In 2015, one of our clients, the INAFON, the ‘Institut notarial de formation’ has followed our recommendation and has accepted to assign to the Esat of Rueil-Malmaison a direct marketing service.

A MARKETING, its suppliers and subcontractors strictly respect all the legal provisions related to their activities and their professional environment

In particular in the following fields:

Competition : we comply with all the rules and laws regarding the competition law

Corruption : we comply with all the rules and laws regarding corruption, kickbacks and extortion

Money laundering : we comply with all the rules and laws regarding money laundering

Conflicts of interest : we avoid, identify and disclose situations where there is a true or potential conflict of interest with the employees of Alstom or their relatives which could affect their actions or their professional decisions.

Gifts and invitations : we respect the rules of each company applicable locally regarding gifts and invitations.

Charters and good practices in favour of the environment & the sustainable development

A Marketing cares about respecting the environment and has achieved in 2011 its first carbon footprint with a specialized consultant 

Our good results come in particular from the operational rules which give priority to: 

  • Using public transports when the offer is relevant
    • Removing our offices for a biggest accessibility by collective transport (near the Regional train, direct access to Paris and La Défense)
  • Recycling of waste
    • A-Marketing cares about the environment and wishes to respect it. This is the reason why several selective sorting procedures have been implemented to protect it
  • Purchasing ecological consumable supplies, in particular products which maintain resources: recycled or recyclable, saving energy, manufactured in the spirit of eco-design etc.; we have privileged so far our purchases in Mesfournituresécologiques

  • Design and positioning of service offerings linked to energy: managing consumption and invoices of individuals, development actions strategy towards municipalities etc.
